When does it show up?
Everything is made to order, so it gets printed first, then shipped. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
Is shipping really free?
Standard shipping is free on every US order. International shipping isn't available yet.
What if it doesn't fit?
Every piece is made to order, so returns and exchanges aren't available for size, color, or a change of heart. Check the size chart on the product page before you order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email a photo to support@parkandclark.com within 30 days of delivery and it gets reprinted or refunded. No need to send it back.
Will the color match my screen?
Close, not exact. Screens and ink see color differently, and garment-dyed pieces vary a little from shirt to shirt. That's the dye, not a defect.
